Since May of 2005 ... The Fort Laramie American Grill / Restaurant & Bakery ... Serves an average of 10,000 hungry-patrons each year, and this is done in a small town with approximately 250 residents.

We are "open year-round," Wednesday through Sunday, from 9:00 A.M. until Closing ... And you should telephone us at: 1-307-837-2324 to confirm our current "closing times" ... We are usually closed on Mondays and Tuesdays ... However, there are some exceptions and we are open ... It is suggested that you first telephone us to varify our present "open & closed" status for the different Seasons of the year.

A vast majority of our regular clientele usually comes from the surrounding nearby cities and towns, up to 50-miles away, with many of them planning reservations several times each week.

Hungry, new visitors and tourists to "The Fort Laramie National Historic Site" generally do stop in and enjoy a delicious meal, either inside the air-conditioned facility or outside under our screened-in, covered porch-area, with fans.

Wonderfully prepared "homemade-style-meals" are customarily offered and served on a regular basis, as well as, "handmade" breads, desserts, donuts, soups & much more!

The F.L.A.G.'s (as it is affectionately called) regular menu includes; beef, buffalo, fish, pork, poultry and seafood, and still offers many "off-menu-specials" such as; lamb, as well.

Although not usually required, reservations are highly suggested, if possible ... To avoid waiting for a table!

The F.L.A.G. also hosts a special "by reservation only" dinner on the last Saturday of each month, at 5:00 P.M. which, over the years, has become a very popular local event ... And the "dinner-special" that is offered varies off of their regular menu selections.

The F.L.A.G. features seasonal specials, such as; old fashioned "hand-scooped" ice cream during the summertime for just: $1.00-A-Scoop, and "daily-lunchtime-specials" during the wintertime are offered on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 11:30 A.M. until 2:00 P.M., and these meals are "specially-priced" for an exceptional savings!

The F.L.A.G. assists in serving many, various "Chartered Tour Bus Companies" taking people to "The Fort Laramie National Historic Site" by preparing box-lunches for them.

Our small "hometown restaurant" is not quite like your typical local restaurant ... We generally offer F R E E souvenirs to all "first-time-visitors" to our restaurant, and include some really great and various F R E E entertainment, while you dine.
